Stardock support would be your best bet. However, if I recall correctly, they don't work weekends so you'll have to wait until business hours before you can expect a reply. It might also take them a few days to get around to your email.

Anyways, why are you asking about updates for just Dread Lords? Did you somehow get a hold of an unused copy of DL (without the expansions)? If that is the case, then the instructions on the box would be out of date. You will need to talk to Stardock.
Stardock currently only sells games through Steam (I don't like it). Stardock no longer uses Stardock central, Impulse, and GameStop App for such stuff. Updates will come through Steam as well.
