I purchased Windows Blinds in 2012, am I entitled to Windows Blinds 8 for free?

If you purchased it as a stand alone I believe only those who purchased March 2013 or later will get the free update to windowblinds8.

check the link out nd at the bottom right you will see "Check Upgrade Eligibility"
