Okay I got game spot to redownload and install my game, however is says there is no serial number found in the registration file.  even though the game is registered, whenever I try to play a metaverse game.

Thanks kryo for your response as sometimes it's hard to find older threads, however, I did attempt to follow as it states, the last link in this post by Rosco_P goes nowhere, it's a dead link or I'd try that.  Everything else has failed.  I suspect that this may have worked being that there aren't many posts thereafter. 

Any further suggestions would be appreciated.  Also I did send an email to support@stardock.com last night shortly after posting this, I even tried installing it on a different PC of mine that never had the game installed to see if it would work there with the same error.
