Viewing the Hints

Yup, I am THAT new to GC2.

How can I view the "hints" that come up when I am loading the game? They just whip by too fast -- shoot me, I've got a fast 'puter.

Assuming a standard installation..
C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock Games\GalCiv2\Data\English\GC2_Hints.xml

You will need to open it with an editor, Notepad++ is a great choice.
