Is it possible to modify the number of galactic resources the in game map generator puts on a map?

I decided to go into the starbase file and half the mining values. Do you happen to know where the original 5% bonus you get for your first base is coded ? Thats the only one I cant find.

Nope. Not so sure you can change that. I'm working on starbase modules now, so I'll keep an eye out.
