Problem with reinstalling

Receiving errors when trying to reinstall IconPackager

from Stardock Forums

When I try to reinstall Iconpackager, the program (install wizard?) gives me three options: "Modify Available Options", "Repair Application" and "Uninstall".

The first two options give me an error reading: "Error - The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2343."

The third option gives me an error reading: "Error - Could not access network location \Resources."

I would be grateful if you could help me.

What version of IconPackager are you trying to install and is this the purchased version or the trial version?

The trial version.

I had the trial version (or shareware version, if they're not the same thing) installed on my computer about a year ago. I'm considering buying it but I want to try the trial version first, just to be sure.

I run Windows 7, if it makes any difference.

The trial version is a timed install and your testing period may have run out.
