Here is another WBs from the past, neOS by danilloOc.  Thanks to WebGizmos for doing a Winstep Extreme and bringing another great skin to my attention.  Some of the old skins have some nice features, well at least I like them.  Some folks get annoyed with sounds, I don't.

neOS is not made for Windows 7 but it seems to be running okay with only one minor skinning problem that I can see.  I need to contact a couple skinners on some themed skins that don't seem to want to work.

Starcandy, you might not be aware - Island Dog runs a contest every month for the desktop Screenshot of the Month. The prize is a Rolls Royce year subscription to Wincustomize.

To qualify you have to identify the parts of your skin (WB by xxx and link and or WSX by yyy and link, wallpaper name author and link, cursor, etc...).
