Hi guys. I've done some basic modding of GalCiv 2 for a while now, but now I want to make a huge total conversion of the game with custom races and everything. There's just one thing I can't for the love of God figure out how to do at this moment - create my own weapon effects.

 I can find the 2d images of the effects, but I'm not sure if that is all I need. Please help me if you can. Thanks in advance.
