I just reinstalled GalSec II and the expansion packs after upgrading to Win 7 64.  The original game and both expansion packs are updated to the latest versions.  

Unfortunately, post-update, the mouse wheel no longer controls the rotation dials or sliders in ship design.  I've discovered that building a new ship is next to bloody impossible without this seemingly simple feature which was added in one of the very early patches.  This tiny glitch has rendered the game effectively unplayable for me and it's driving me bloody crazy.  Anybody have any insight?
