Invisible improvements?

  This is a bug which sometimes occurs after I have invaded a planet using an invasion which destroys some of the improvements and/or decreases the planet quality.  Destroyed farms and factories seem to still produce.

  This is one turn after I conquered the planet. 

  According to what is on this planet,  total food production is 6 mt/wk which is a max. pop. of 6b.  Other planets with this level of industry yield a social production of between 8 and 16.
