Will ther be a Galactic civlizations 3?

When is it going to come out? I would like to know because on some sites I see that they are makeing a galactic civlizaitons 3 and I was wondering when it will be realesased, Problably in 2020? I love Galactic civlizaitons 2 so much I would like to see a third one.
