Help Needed

Governors and Rally Points

Hi There.

 

It's been a while since I played and decided to finish up the ToA campaign.  I never really played around with Governors or rally points but figured I would give them a whack but for the life of me I cannot figure out either.

1)  How do I create my own governors?  I go the the governors tab and I see there are 4 "preset" governors but I cannot ativate them.. I can't seem to add any actions into the ques.  I also cannot find how to create new governors? 

2)  I can't find the button that allows me to create a rally point. 

Any help would be appreciated.. I am sure there is a simple answer that I am missing.

Havnt played for a while, but if i recall the rally point button is in the hud far left up the top nxt to one the Agent button.

Never created my own governers so cant help u there, but i used to smash the Rally point ability, its fantastic when used with the colony mgt screen.

Hope that helps a little. As i said its been about a year since i played it last. Great game thou. Should get back into it. Theres just so many other games that need to be played :s
