Archive with Impulse: Keeps Mods?

Hey all! I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place or not, so if I'm wrong I apologize.

I have installed GalCiv2 with my Impulse account. I know there is an option to archive the install so I can save it off somewhere and re-install it without having to download it again. I'm just curious if I have any mods or anything like that if they will be in the archive. I have created some custom races and a custom ship style, and it would be great if those carried over with an archive.

Does anyone know? Thanks in advance!
