Can someone identify this version?

It says Ultimate Edition and includes everything the 'normal' box says, but it's available on eBay (new) for half the price, which raises a few flags. For me, at least.

Does anyone know why this version has different box art? The only thing I can think of, is that's a EU or other foreign version. That rating logo on the lower corner looks different than the normal ESRB one, so that could be the case.

I'll probably end up purchasing the digital version or, in the store, anyway, because... Well, just because. I am curious, though.

I'd say it is European Version. The PEGI rating is Pan European Game Information. Europe's ESRB I would assume.

I've got this version (well the box art, for sure) and it was a British import.  Reckon otherwise there's no difference.
