Title says it all. I am working on enhancing the minor races in my game, and to that end, I was wondering if it's possible to get their ships and starbases to show up for sale or trade in the diplomacy window. Clearly the AI majors are able to buy the minors' ships, as I see minor ships popping up in major fleets all the time. But is there a way to make them accessible to me?
