One map all civs mod?

Hi

I am looking for a mod which increases civs on one map and perhaps the map size. Anyone knows a mod like that, i am searching for a while. I am grateful for any help

I can't get a mod for the ultimate edition anyway. I could use some help on this. What I would like to see though is about 31 or more civs on a unlimited size map, with a more balance AI's. Except for the torians, Thalans, and Iconians, for which I think these AI's are challenging and don't need to be scaled down.
