I was trying to use AF_Ronins Starfleet battle mods.  I followed all the instructions doing Klingon first and they came across. So then I did all the others the same way and none of the others are viewable in the ship styles screen. What did I do wrong that prevented the other styles from showing correctly?

Also I was playing with the Klingon ship styles and I reached small ships and the fighter became available but once I researched medium hulls the frigates have not become available, neither have the constructor or trade vessel. if I go to the create ship style screen all the ships show correctly in the correct locations. any thoughts on how to correct these problems?
