How Do I make a planet

I reasearched the artifical satelites and I have the Artifical Planet technology but I cannot figure out how to make one can anyone help me out please.

You can't, Hiro. Maybe that would be introduce in a later update.

You can however research Terror Stars which are kind of planetoids, I think that's why it's called Planet Construction. Think Death instead of Terror
