Beginners Questions relating to Influence and Diplomacy

Hi,

I've got some Questions to Influence and Diplomacy:

1. Influence:

When selecting a Planet on the Galaxy Map, you get a quick overwiew of it. Showing different Stats of the Planet.

Like Population, Income etc. One of the Stats is "Influence", but what does it mean when reading something like

"Influence: 19 IP (1.20)" or "Influence: 32 IP (0.89)". I figuered out that the number before 'IP' is the amount

of IPs generated by the Planet itself. But whats the number in the brackets ??

The manual says u need 4 times more influence making a planet revolting, how can u see how much your Planets or

your opponents Planets are affected by ? (Foreign Influence)

2. Diplomacy:

Is it possible to make demands like 'Retreat your Forces near Planet XY', or 'Stop building Influence Bases on my Borders' or 'I don't like having 5 Military and 4 Influence Starbases right next to my Planet scratching its Orbit ' etc.

cheers

ps

great game

The number in brackets is the amount of foreign influence, relative to your own.  On enemy planets, it is the amount of your influence, relative to theirs.

It isn't, sorry.  You can pay another AI to go to war with them, placing warships near the things you want destroyed, or you can do it yourself.
