do all expansions run together?

Sorry for the bad title..

I have just brought both the expansion packs (download), the thing is if start a game of diplomancy (or entrenchemnet) does it include stuff form entrenhcment (also installed and an option to play) if not what should play to include all the packs abilities/extras?

If you play Diplomacy, you will have all of the stuff from Entrenchment. Thus you will have everything available to you.
