Missing possibility "Switch Chapter" after update

High, purchase game GalCiV II Ultimate Edition in Czechia from "Hypermax" (Kalypso). After install is all OK - launcher have possibility "Switch Chapter". After update with Impulse this possibility is missing. It is not serious, all older versions can run direct with .exe file. But...

Registration with Impulse is OK, no pirate copy.

Can You help me?

I can confirm this. The Galactic Civilizations II Launcher version 2.0 no longer includes the chapter selection option. I wonder why.
