A while back I installed the mod pack that allow for "blank" hulls, as well as one with expanded jewelry for engines, weapons, etc.  At some point after that I noticed that all my "real" small hulls disappeared and only the blank small remains.  The issue seems to be that the blank hulls do not seem to scale properly with miniturization and thus fall behind in available build points as the game progresses (likely an issue worth addressing in it's own right)

Does anybody know where my real small hulls went to?  Or how how to fix the scaling problem?
