Problem with scenarios

Hey everyone! I got Galactic Civilizations 2 Ultimate Edition yesterday, and starting a game with normal scenario runs fine, but anything else and it crashes when it would normally go into the actual game, right after the loading screen. Does anyone know how to fix this?
