I know there are other posts on this but they are like, 4 years old so I figured I ought to make a new one. I was unsure whether to buy the game or not but my interest in the metaverse helped me to make the decision to do so, so I'm disappointed that I can't use it!

Basically, I verified my serial number and account info, I copied the serial from impulse so I know it is correct. Whenever I try to create a metaverse character it gets stuck at the "Processing Data" window forever. Whats the problem?

Note I tried with up to date firefox, internet explorer, and google chrome browsers, and am operating on Windows  Vista. The game plays just fine, its just this metaverse character creation site that is bugging out, please help!
