instaling

dosent work

hi

my problem is i got this game years ago but my computer was never fast enugh to run it untill i got this new one. so when i try to instal this game the install screen pops up like it should but when i click on install nothing happens and i have tryed mupital times please send me smpthing to sugest what i do next
