Last person to post wins, unless they are a moderator or admin.

Basically, this game is played so that the last person who post wins. What do they win? The ThreadKiller's Achievement; The honor of being the last person to post by virtue of the content of their post. However, moderators, admins, and anyone else who has the ability to lock the thread are disqualified from winning the ThreadKiller's Achievement, if they win by locking. If the thread is won by method of locking, the "winner" gains the Achievement Of Reprehensible Epic Lameness.

Still seems stupid to bother with that detail... well, they also blatantly copied the origin of Jesus, so whatcha expect?

So what are you two doing? It's pages full of nothing.

Looking to see who will be the one to hit the 20.000 mark.

I would give {oops}   20,000 Leagues Under The Sea.  Classic.  They should make nice, feel good movies like that again. How's about Shane....?

Like the Origin of Jesus is an original story to begin with.

But it did effect the world far more than the others stories.

Not saying that it is or isn't original. I know the history behind it, but in Protestant America, you're really going to throw that one out there and not expect someone to say, "Really, George?" Hell, he also tried to out do Ben Hur, oh, but with CGI. Really? He thinks he's going to compete with the race scene from Ben Hur without having to physically build a set, pack it with extras, and have people risk their lives?

Between that and his attempts to sue the special effects wizards from Battlestar Galactica, George is just absolutely loopy.

Agree, he borrowed heavily from a lot of things ( Kung Fu Monks = Jedi ) but he is a genius when it comes to marketing.

I can give him points for marketing, no argument. You'll even notice I'm not picking on the original movies. I just don't get much out of Star Wars and the prequels put me off.

Everybody borrows from something, it's just a question of how well you do it. The Jedi I thought came more from Samurai but, even then, I can say he made it passable. The Anakin origin was just painful. Hi, I'm Jesus Ben Hur, how are you?

Well more of a Kung Fu (their philosophies) and Samurai (fighting styles) mix. He said so in an interview.

As for that, me and my group of friends where laughing out loud in the theater when this bit came through. We annoyed a lot of people at that point.
