Last person to post wins, unless they are a moderator or admin.

Basically, this game is played so that the last person who post wins. What do they win? The ThreadKiller's Achievement; The honor of being the last person to post by virtue of the content of their post. However, moderators, admins, and anyone else who has the ability to lock the thread are disqualified from winning the ThreadKiller's Achievement, if they win by locking. If the thread is won by method of locking, the "winner" gains the Achievement Of Reprehensible Epic Lameness.

No dropped a couch with a hida bed in it on my right foot. It was my left pinky toe that I broke earlier.

You know how some jobs require steel toed boots?  I think your life is telling you to wear them all the time.  ;P

She looks like she needs to be in the kitchen making a man some dinner, not wasting time with pictures.  =D

One of her eyebrow hairs is worth more than your life.

My girlfriend loves the fact that I'm willing to make a joke like that.  For the record, in all of the years we've been dating, I've done all of the cooking.  ;]

OK...pathologically unmarried then....;p

Can't argue that.  XD

But really, in this day and age, what's the point of getting married anyway?

In the past, sure, it gave a guy someone to keep his home and raise his kids, it gave the girl someone to have kids with and financial security.

Today, it's just not the same.  Women have high paying executive jobs, they provide their own financial security, people have kids even when they shouldn't, guys can either live like slobs, pick up their own shit, or hire a maid...  Love?  Please...  These days that's what?  3 or 4 years?  And when you split, things get bitter and property and children are divided up...

I've been with my girl for just over 5 years now and neither of us have any interest in getting married because it's just pointless.  People say we should, but when we question why, there are never any valid reasons besides people saying, well you love each other so you should...  Whatever.  We can love each other all the same and still be dating.  It's a lot more fun that way.

Our world is so fucked up. Maybe it will be my lifetime? Or do things get even worse before the end? I shudder at the idea.

It does tend to show 'commitment', though with the current trends for every man and his dog to get a divorce at the drop of a hat [note to self....watch those cliches] it's probably just as well people don't bother getting married.

June 5 this year will be my 30th .....[and, strangely enough...my wife's, too]...;)

Hah, well, congrats on the 29½ thus far.

There are more ways then just that to show commitment.

I know some divorcees. I know some people that have been married longer than I've been alive. I know some that are together and perfectly faithful but not married. It's a personal preference. If you're the type that wants to do it, go for it. If not, then no worries. It's kinda like religion: everyone has something they prefer and there's no sense in arguing them out of it, so just let them be and things flow better.

I'm happy with one of my chicks cause all of her concerns are existential and practical. If I had to pick just one to stick with, it would be her, but I know she wouldn't want to put a ring on it. Kinda awesome.
