Laser tech:

Adds starbase module: Laser Equalizer

Phasors tech:

Adds starbase module: Hyper-Phasors

Problem:

The Laser tech is not part of the Yor tech tree.

The Yor can research the Hyper-Phasors but can not put them on their starbases because Hyper-Phasors can only be added after the starbase already has Laser Equalizer installed.

I found that out after I stole the Laser tech from the terrans. Suddenly I was able to install the starbase module I had researched so long ago.

Letting the Yor research something they cannot possibly use is more than a bit odd.

Either add Laser Equalizer to some low level Yor tech or remove the Hyper-Phasors altogether...
