Home planet Quality

Hello all. I am making a custom race, and was wondering how to affect home planet quality and make it better (like the thalans). In the race config file there is a homeplanetquality choice, but I changing it doesn't effect my home world's PQ. Am I doing something wrong?

You'd need to customize the appropriate system in customplanets.xml for that.
