Metaverse question

I am having a minor problem with the metaverse, I have joined an empire (CDG) and while a message displayed that I had joined and I get the option to quit my name is not listed as a player and I don't get there logo on my posts, can someone help??? EDIT: P.S. they don't know why it didn't work either and told me to ask here

Seriously, quit whatever empire you joined and try again. I'm not seeing the logo either. Someone else had this problem awhile back. On the third or fourth try it finally worked. And if it doesn't work today, try again tomorrow.

One question. Is the empire you tried to join open or invite only? If it's open, you should get right in. I don't know how invite only works.

With Invite empires an email is sent to the senators & emperors and one of them has to give the thumbs up in a dialogue that comes up the next time they look at the empire page.

It's open and the empire doesn't know why it didn't work. I tried to quit and rejoin but I still get the quit button and not join even though it says I successfully quit. I don't know what's going on.

Hmm...You seem desperate...Have you tried reading through the 'Metaverse Submission problems' thread? Something you read there may help you. It's shallow advice, but it's better than hearing crickets chirp in the background.

The logo is there and the score is in your record. Maybe you just needed to log off the web page then log back on.

It's been fixed since then - I thought I posted to say that but it must have slipped my mind.
