I had a great game (and my first) going on Immense and Normal and was looking forward to much more fun out of it when it randomly started playing a video followed by a victory screen saying that since another civ had been wiped out (not by me) I had won an Alliance victory. I don't mind winning, but I think the fact that I seem to not be able to go back and play that game more is downright stupid, the game was unfinished. I don't spend ten hours building an empire to get a thirty second video, I spend ten hours building an empire because it's really fun.

I checked around google for twenty minutes but all I can find are previews for the game for some reason, so I figured I'd just ask here. Is there a way to disable victory conditions after a game is started? I don't want to go in an old save and break off my alliances just because I was stupid and left that condition on.
