yes you have to do the xml stuff yourself there no differant from the ingame stuff.
These are pretty cool. I'm assuming that I need the permission of wahtshisname at 3DRT.com to use them in a total-conversion mod...... but I hope I'm wrong.....
just post a link to there websight thats all they asked for so if you want to use them its okay just do that.
