KenoLFD - I REALLY like that Stardock communicates with us AND does stuff like issuing coupons as an apology - those are the types of things that larger companies need to be doing. I laud Stardock for being on the ball, on the forefront in that department. However, those things are always going to be the important followup actions to a healthy release - and have to go along with healthy, solid, updates.
However, the company released a game focused on multiplayer with broken multiplayer, which is very much still broken (but making progress). Great idea, terrible execution.
