Starport Full problem

Don't know if this is a bug or an advanced feature I don't understand but on one of my planets I get a "Starport Full" notice whenever I try to build a ship. A ship is never built and the notice never goes away. If this is not a bug could anyone tell me how to get rid of the notice?

Never mind I figured it out. Dumb me I let my planet get full of ships thus the message. Sorry about the post, move along...
