Metaverse not responding at login

When attempting to login to metaverse from ToA start screen get the response "Metaverse returned an unrecognized response. Please try logging in at a later time."

This is the first time this has happened and I have all current updates available from Stardock Central.

Running Windows XP Pro with all service packs and updates, recently changed video cards but all other games and applications work fine and this issue has not affected game play just the ability to record games to Metaverse.

Any help would be appreciated.

The MV server has been offline since last week, so it is not your computer that is causing the issue. We are hopeful that the issues will get resolved today, but stardock has not given us much information to go on.
