Hi. Just won a cultural victory on cakewalk. Go me! I don't like challenge. Anyway, I wish to keep playing my game but it doesn't let me. Is there a mod or something that allows this? I didn't see it in game options. Thanks
It is definitely not a game option, and I dont know about a mod for it. Probably ask in the modding section of the forums and someone might know.

Yes... but, you'll have to be much smarter than whatever gameplay is trying deploy as obstacles to keep going.
Fairly simple in fact; You can't win if you don't reach any of the Victory conditions.
74.5% Influence, at war with the *last* AI opponent, being ahead enough in the tech race that it can't beat you to that victory status, etc.
Nobody needs a modder to reproduce such situations, all they require is the proper skill to enforce such context.
Or just turn off the alternate victory conditions, then not take the last planet. Build the reeducation center on a worthless planet, gift it to another civ, then take everything but that planet. With all other victory conditions turned off, the planet has to be actively invaded to end the game.
Why complicate your life when you can make it a lot simpler!
