Poll Question regarding recent Metaverse submissions

1.04, one submit failed as galciv was down at the time.

I resubmitted the same game later when galciv was up,
worked fine. A 2nd game on 1.04 also was submitted
with no problems.

If you submit and the metaverse is down, the game should automatically save the result for you and submit it later. The player should be given the option of submitting it or deleting it each time he restarts the game.

Right now, I always save the game just before victory, in case the Metaverse is down. If there's a problem, I can reload later and get my score. This does mess up cultural victories, as the game lasts a few extra turns after loading.

Submitted 2 games today and none worked

I've been trying to submit a game all day. I've submitted it about 6 times. No go. I'm running version 1.021. I've never had a problem submitting a game before.

I had to submit three or four times before it worked.

And then it gave a "anomalous" zero score, even though I didn't mod anything. O, well, patience is a virtue !

When the Metaverse went down sometime back, my game that failed to register when I finished the game went on the Metaverse few days later after they fixed it.

I didn't have to resubmit it so there should be some kind of pipeline over there where submitted games are stored.

The same thing happened to me the first time Metaverse went down. That is why I am wondering what is going on because Metaverse has been broke for over a week and my last score has still not showed up. I sure wish they would tell us something. ANYTHING.

Actually Ray, he looks to be more of a G.R.O.S.S. er to me.


They might not be submitting right now b/c it looks like another score program is running. Just look at the nerf.
