Okay, here's what you do for this game: You have to "ban" the person who posted above you for an outrageous, silly, or funny reason. Got it?
Banned for I rewarded him for getting post #1000, which wasnt by chance, I presume.
That would be all.
Banned for thinking it was chance. I am sure he was lurking

In theory, rewarding people for their luck in such occurances just exagerrates that the luck happened, and encourages the lucky person to partake in more chance events.
