Getting lots of ships when declaring war bug?

Hello

I have been playing Drengin Empire in huge galaxy with 9 ai opponents.

My biggest problem is something that happens when I declare war or when war is declared upon me. Namely what happens is that I get something like 60+ some kind of dominator ships which I have not designed and which are not in the ship factory screen. Why am I getting these ships and how can I disable this.

I want to use ships that i have designed. Last time this happened was when I declared war on minor race and got something like 75 dominator ships. This completely turned my economy upside down from +500 to -200 bc.

It's not a bug, it's the inherent super ability of the Drengin. You can't turn it off, but you won't see it if you play as another race. Your best bet is to either decommission or sell these ships, turning an economic drain into a quick profit.

Actually you can turn it off, you disable Super Abilities

Use the ships to trade for money, and techs from the the other AI.

They like fighters about as much as a drunk in church on a sunday lovs the holy wine!
