Library problem

Hi, I'm a longtime GalCiv Player, but I just recently have had problems accessing the library. I want to download some mods, but I can't load the page. My firefox says

Directory Listing Denied

This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed.

and my Internet explorer says cannot load page, most likely causes this website requires you to log in. I am logged in to the website, I just recently downloaded firefox so I don't know if that changed anything, but I can't log in on either browser. Can anyone help me? :(

The Library and the Metaverse are both down at the moment.  I havent heard anything on what they might be doing about it.

It's the same issue as the metaverse, relating to a recent switch in datacenters. As noted on the "Metaverse is down" thread, it is being worked on.
