I have some questions about research bonuses using only focus in the All Factory strategy.
1) Do racial (pre-game setup) bonuses affect focus-generated research?
2) Do anomaly research bonuses affect focus-generated research?
3) Do resource mine (purple) bonuses affect focus-generated research?
4) Do research enhancing buildings afflect focus-generated research?
1) Yes.
2) Yes.
3) Yes.
4) No.
5) Do research bonuses from economic starbases affect focus-generated research?
5) Yes.
1-3 & 5 are all considered "racial" bonuses.
4 has changed how it is applied, at least in the instance of the tech capital, for TA 2.x, and bears investigating, but previously it did not. I'll look into it in more detail in the next day or two and report back.
