TotA last mission in Dark Lords Campaing impossible to conquer Karion

Now I'm really dissapointed, I barely finished previous missions thanks to VASTS of bugs/glitches and whatever, but these could be overlooked. But this one prevents me to pass last mission in first campaign and I'd really like to proceed to next one.

You are supposed to capture Karion, but Its impossible when your advantage number is -21474... and why Dread Lords have tech -272 ... I also maxed out tech, built largest transports (16k troops each, grouped 5 of em since max logistics) and I wont kill a single troop ... I also tried different difficulties, couple of restarts, this is hardcoded and I've already read someone else had this issue. But someone called "CariElf" tagged it with "either fixed or unreproducible" so here it is "reproduced". I'm using digital all-in-one bundle bought through Impulse with all newest versions (DL 1.53.136, DA 2.01.107, TA 2.02.030) on x64 Vista Ultimate.

I can't help with this, but I've also ran into a campaign stopping glitch.

I'm on Apocolypse, and my team conquered the four dread lord planets before I did, and the game won't end. Under victory conditions it says I'm 100% of the way to winning.

I culturally flipped three of the DL starting planets, and traded for the last one, but that didn't finish it. I even researched Technological victory, but that didn't work either.

Thankfully I've already done the DL campaign. Hopefully the DA one actually works.

The victory condition for the level "Apocalypse" was defined wrong for the Ultimate Edition. It's actaully looking for you to defeat the Krynn, who aren't even playing. This issue will be fixed in the next update. However, if you are comfortable with editing scenarios, you can edit the mission yourself in the Twilight folder (and down some more folders) to fix the victory condition. Unfortunately, you will have to start the game again to load the fixed scenario in. Sorry for the inconvenience.

So wake up Stardock. I got the same problem with the last mission. What too do? Burn the crapy game and never buy one more from you?

Should I just quite the campain?

Just play sandbox mode until it gets fixed, I suppose. >_>

 

Still waiting for patches for the Ultimate Edition so that the prior campagins won't be buggy, either. :P

I also concur that this error exists. I am also using Ultimate Edition, and get the same -21474. A patch to fix this would be nice.
