Trade Good Bonus Bug

There is apparently a bug in the game with the bonus you get to speed when trading for the Gravity Accelerators. On this thread:  https://forums.galciv2.com/335137 Sole Soul ran a test and confirmed that the bonus wasn't granted.  I figure that its too late to get something like this fixed, especially for DA and DL if its a problem there too, but if its happening in TA maybe it could get fixed. Unless its more of a glitch than a bug, but then SS was able to easily reproduce it

I would be curious too if any bonuses are given when you get trade goods from other races. Or if the AI has gotten them from me. This last part is easy enough to test though, and i think i will.

Can anyone give answers to this? Developers? Kryo?

Finally got around to testing this.  It's present in DL, DA, and TA, and only affects Gravity Accelerators-all other trade goods work as advertised.  When you trade it to the AI, they don't get the bonus.  When the AI trades it to you, you don't get the bonus.  Presumably, when one AI trades it to another, the AI that doesn't own it doesn't get the bonus, but this is much more difficult to set up.

Also, while I'm here, when you build Gravity Accelerators, you get the bonus, but it does not show up in the Stats & Graphs screen (applies to all versions as well).

I now knoiw i can sell the things to anyone and not really give them anything. It also means that i HAVE to be the one to build it or never get the bonus.

However, i wonder if you get it when you take over the planet it is on.

Yes, you do.  It counts as ownership.  (Already tested; didn't mention because I thought it was obvious.)
