Anyone know how war profiteering is calculated? With Invisible hand and War profiteering researched, the drath get +11 war profiteering. +11 of what? Anyone know the specifics? Just wondering.

I think it's % of raw income of races "at war, but not at war with you". I never delved too far into that though.
