Scrambled Ship Components

I have recently upgraded to the 2.02 version of TOTA, and everything runs smoothly except for my custom ships. On almost every ship, the components on it are all messed up, and are being thrown every which way across the hardpoints on it. Some ships are completely stripped of their components, and only have bare hulls. I get this in the Ship Designer, and during a game. Redownloading the custom ship packs doesnt fix it either, they are still messed up, in oddly the exact same way they were before.

I can make new custom designs, and they will save properly, but nothing that has been made from a foreign source will work correctly, it seems.

I am not using mods, and I am doing this off a perfectly fresh install of all 3 GCII titles, and they just finished installing about an hour ago.

Any help on this will be greatly appreciated, and if you need screenshots, I can provide them if needbe.
