Where the Fark is my game download?

Click on the ? in the upper left of Impulse.

Select "Register your Product"

Select the game and enter your serial and email (the one used to purchase the game).

Go to MyGames tab.

Have fun.

Under your account I only find the listing for Twilight. You will need all three games under one account for Impulse to download/install the products correctly. If you have another account with the two main games listed to it please email into [email protected] and provide the account information. Support can then merge the two records for you to save you this hassle again.

Thanks guys I finally found it, why the fark don't they tell you in the verification email to press that GD ? in the upper right hand corner? To top it all off the flippin server or whatever it is made me use my email address for paying with paypal instead of my normal user name I always use here. What a pain in the A$$ this is. I tell yah I been using Gamers Gate and whatever the fark Strategy First uses and now this and every online download has been a pain in the A$$ to get and get to play. None of the instructions are clear and you end up having to wait a day or two to get any help from support if you get any at all. But, something I did find out if you cancel that order through PayPal you'll sure hear from them rather quickly claiming fraud and nine other not so nice words. It's all fine an dandy when they take your money and you get nothing in return or have nothing but problems trying to download the application, but, you just cancel your order through PayPal and watch em come out of the woodwork hahahah.

Thanks again at least there's some people who care about other peoples problems left in this world.

Send your feedback about the confusion to [email protected] so they can pass it along to the folks who might be able to make it clearer.  As to the server "making"' you use your paypal account . . that seems to be a very good security check in your favor.
