GC2:DL collectors edition help

Anyway about few years ago I bought the galactic civilizations 2 dread lords collectors edition.  It was the same price as the plain game (so why not get a bit more for no extra cost, no brainer) and it was before any expansions came out (I think).  Anyway it came with an extra serial number to "download exclusive Collectors Editon content from: https://www.galciv2.com/CollectorsEdition ".  It was mostly just extra building parts, and I got a neat Tech Poster.  Well I was able to download it on my old computer when I bought it, but now I got a new computer, but the link doesn't seem to work.  Is there a way to download it somewhere else? Or did it fetures come in a later patch?  I wouldn't be that disapointed if I can't get it, as I didn't pay extra and it didn't include game changeing stuff it it (I think).
