Resource Starbases don't show in 2.02 until upgraded

After the 2.02 update I noticed resource starbase graphics weren't present until I upgraded the modules. For example, after founding a new starbase on a morale resource the morale resource appears to still be up for grabs until I upgrade the modlules.

Hope this makes sense...

I've not noted that. I occasionally notice the starbase icon missing on resource starbases when following the AI/auto-pilot moves - I'll see what looks like an unclaimed resource, then when I track it down it is actually in use - seems to be related to the minor races, at least inasmuch as I've never noticed it on a resource belonging to a major race.

But nothing as general as all resource starbase icons missing.
