Playing TOA V 2.0 (I know 2.01 is now out there) and had the Peacekeeper event.  As usual, the Peacekeepers were numerous and operated relatively heavily-armed battleships.  Then a strange thing happened.  First, I noticed a fleet of Peacekeepers that were not battleships, but instead were small hulled ships.  I thought nothing of it at the time because I figured that perhaps the Drath (they had Drath ship appearance) had sold the Peacekeepers some small ships.  Several turns later I experienced a crash preceded by the "flickering screen of death" in which all icons on the galactic map (ships., planets, asteroids etc.) began flickering and the game froze.  Upon restart of the autosave, all of the Peackeeper ships had become the same small class of ships I had previously ran into.  These were ships that were within my scanning range so it appears that the battleships were transformed somehow.  In fact, since the autosave was at least two turns back, so it had to be some kind of transformation.  What were previously four ship battleship fleets were now 10-12 ship small ship fleets while two ship battleship fleets had become 2-4 small ship fleets.  I've never seen anything like this before.  Anyone else seen this?
