A Space Empires mod would be pretty much pointless, as in the Space Empires series, you get much freedom, and less of a story line. It would be like, imagine, doing a Sins of a Solar Empire Mod, to Galactic Civilisations.

yeah but i meant to implement the construction of artificial planet as dyson sphere and ringworld around the stars... if it's possible of course

And the only thing that you can take from Sins of a Solar Empire is the 3 factions, which you don't even know their type of government, name and logo, and their techs. Even planet names, star systems and improvements would be a problem, you'll have to make it all up. Which looses the main idea of having a Sins mod.

Actauly thats not true you are right about the races but there are loads of stuff on each races techs including improvements.Wiki them if you or better yet check out this link if you don't believe me http://www.clansofsin.com/techtree/vasari/1

But MoO2 was probably my fav 4X game till GC1&2

Never did get spreadsheets in space (MoO3)
